BABD is a prominent community for Black design professionals who wants to support each other's growth and career development. It was created and run by Kat Vellos. Squad members share their goals, challenges, and intentions, and they commit to helping each other thrive. It’s not about networking and hustle — it’s about the growth that unfolds in balanced and focused ways, and creating true friendships within reciprocal community.
