If you are unhappy with your paid membership, that makes us sad to hear.

Please contact us to request a refund.

● Yearly subscription purchases are eligible for a refund within 15 days of purchase.

● Monthly subscription purchases are eligible for a refund within 5 days of purchase.

● Lifetime deal purchases are eligible for a refund within 60 days of purchase.

We process refunds in 5-7 days of placing the request.

Unfortunately, any members requesting a refund beyond the specified period will not be refunded. For more info on our refund policy, visit our Terms of Service.

Can I receive a partial refund for my purchase?

We are unable to facilitate partial refunding of accounts in order to accommodate refund requests outside of the eligibility time frame.
